Plant Controller (Automot ive or Manufacturing Experience)
Location: Buford, G A Payment: $125K+ Are you a finance and operations professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Plant Controller to serve as a key busines s partner to plant leadership. In this role, you will help drive profitability, support strategic decision-making, and ensure financial performance through accurate reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis. What You’ll Do
Financial Reporting & Analysis
· Lead monthl y financial reporting processes using SAP and Lucanet. · Prepare and analyze monthly actual vs. budget and forecast variances. · Present financial results and business insights to plant and regional leadership. · Provide recommendations and drive correctiv e actions to improve performance. Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning · Coordinate annual budgets, mid-term planning, and monthly forecasts. · Manage year-end forecasting, liquidity planning, and bi-weekly sales forecasts. · Develop meaningful financial anal yses and reports to support business decisions. · Present planning results and financial outlooks to management.
Cost & Manufacturing Controlling
· Manage cost center accounting and product costing activities. · Support production controlling, pricing anal ysis, cost allocations, and activity-based costing. · Monitor key manufacturing and financial KPIs, including Working Capital, PPV, and profitability metrics. · Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Investment & Project Cont rolling
· Support capital investment planning and approval processes. · Conduct financial evaluations including DCF and capacity analyses. · Monitor investment performance and project returns. · Oversee tooling project controlling and reporting.
Business P artnership & Continuous Improvement
· Serve as the financial advisor to plant management and department leaders. · Support Operations, Purchasing, Human Resources, and other functions with financial analysis and decision support. · Drive Profit and Cash Im provement Programs (PCIP) and monitor action plans. · Participate in internal control and compliance activities, including C-SOX testing. What We’re Looking For
Education
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
· 3 – 6 years of experience in controlling, finance, or manufacturing accounting. · Experience within an industrial manufacturing en vironment required. · Automotive industry experience strongly preferred. · Experience working within an international organization is a plus.
Technical Skills
· Advanced proficiency in SAP. · Experience with Lucanet preferred. · Expert-level Excel and Micr osoft Office skills. · Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial analysis.

Language Requirements
· English pro ficiency (B1 – B2 or higher). · Local language proficiency (B1 – B2 or higher).
