Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter

ATL Search Group is seeking an experienced Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for a client in Atlanta, Georgia. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and support recruiting efforts for CDL Class A drivers while maintaining compliance, accurate ATS records, and a strong candidate experience.

– Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring needs.

– Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

– Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting and hiring process.

– Recruit CDL Class A drivers and support transportation/logistics hiring needs.

– Review resumes and conduct phone or virtual interviews.

– Coordinate interviews, background checks, offers, and hiring communications.

– Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records.

– Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

– Track recruiting metrics and support recruiting reports.

– Ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.

– Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes.

– Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.

– Minimum 2 years of professional recruiting experience.

– High-volume recruiting experience required.

– Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

– Experience using applicant tracking systems.

– Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

– Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

– Problem-solving ability and strong relationship management skills.

– Experience recruiting CDL Class A drivers.

– Transportation or logistics recruiting experience.

– Corporate recruiting experience.

– College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

– PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certifications are a plus.
